Glenayre Technologies denies that it violated a BellSouth patent as alleged in a lawsuit.
BellSouth announced the lawsuit on Wednesday.
“We have performed a thorough investigation of the patent and BellSouth’s allegations with intellectual property counsel and have conclued that BellSouth’s allegations are without merit,” said Eric Doggett, president and chief executive officer of Glenayer, in a statement.
