Summus will work with Sinonext Technologies Co., an information service provider in Shanghai, China, to deploy its wireless applications, Summus said Tuesday.
In a statement, Summus said Sinonext will develop relationships with local content providers, carriers and device manufacturers throughout China for Summus-enabled applications. Summus BlueFuel technology is used for a variety of services, from wireless transmission of digital photos to greeting cards.
China represents one of the world’s largest cellular markets with more than 200 million subscribers.
