Summus, the Raleigh-based company focused on developing content applications for high-speed wireless telephone networks, now is offering greeting cards.
Summus announced an agreement with 123Greetings.com on Monday to develop wireless means of accessing, personalizing and transmitting cards from mobile phones. Summus said 123Greetings.com has a customer base of 1.75 million people.
The companies will use the BlueFuel platform developed by Summus. Summus also works with other partners to provide services such as digital photo transmission.
