Rusine Mitchell-Sinclair, general manager of safety and security services for IBM, is the new chairperson of NCEITA’s board of directors.

The naming of Mitchell-Sinclair to lead the North Carolina Electronics and Information Technology Association was announced at the group’s 10th annual meeting Friday.

NCEITA also outlined its agenda in 2003, with a particular focus on job creation.

The NCEITA’s board now includes: Chris Austen, Southeast Interactive Technology Funds; Jeff Barber, PricewaterhouseCoopers; Mike McCoy, Alston & Bird, LLP; Mitch Mumma, Intersouth Partners; Mary Musacchia, SAS; Cecil Smith, Duke Energy; Paula White, DataMasters, and Mitchell-Sinclair.
