NewsRx. A 12-year-old medical news network and publisher of life science databases and periodicals, has hired a former WebMD producer to be its senior medical editor.
Dominique Walton Brooks, MD, was with WebMD through 2001 and is part of a plan at NewsRx to double the company’s news output in 2003, the company said. NewsRx also hired four senior medical writers.
