Venetica, which develops portal, customer relations management and content integration, has released a new version of VeniceBridge, its lead product.

The new version 5.0 will “increase the types of content repositories that can be integrated with enterprise applications,” the company said in a statement.

Because the software views information across disparate places in a system, customer service representatives will be able to “search across multiple business processes to find all work activities for a given customer or enable a software developer to create a repository and workflow-independent applications.
