CARY,Providence Software, a custom software development and consulting company, will resell NetEdge web development services and also provide consulting assistance, the Cary firm said Tuesday.
“Feedback from our consulting clients tells us that organizations favor incremental migration strategies that don’t require them to replace their existing client software applications in order to support new technologies like web services,” said Providence president Don Hames. “NetEdge supports this vision and is currently shipping products which makes it a reality.”
NetEdge Web Service Enabler permits “low code churn” and speed new development while also increasing the lifespan of legacy systems, Providence said.
