Knowlagent, which provides contact center e-learning solutions, has acquired Simtrex Corporation, a former rival.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Knowlagent announced the deal Monday but confirmed the transaction closed in December.
Simtrex provided simulation-based learning solutions for contact center classrooms.
Knowlagent said it acquired all Simtrex’s products and intellectual property.
