The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), in conjunction with the Atlanta Business Chronicle, have selected six companies to receive its annual TAG e-ward presentations.

Lockheed-Martin was named for Overall Impact.

Other winners included ChoicePoint for Large Public Company, Netbank for Small Public Company, Smart Corp. for Large Private Company, EzGov Inc. for Small Private Company, and AirDefense Inc. for Emerging Private Company.

“We are very excited and honored to be recognized among so many other successful Georgia companies,” said John Smart, founder of Smart Corp. “Being nominated for the e-ward is gratifying because it validates the company’s efforts.”

The e-wards celebrate Georgia’s “biggest and brightest companies,” according to TAG. Twenty-one finalists were selected, but only six companies were chosen by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

TAG is a non-profit trade organization serving the technology industry community in the state of Georgia.
