Peopleclick says it has come up with a new vision for an integrated workforce acquisition technology platform.

The company says its vision for an integrated, full-service workforce acquisition platform will allow its customers to insure diversity compliance while recruiting and managing their entire workforce.

Peopleclick also claims its vision suggests that enterprises can realize greater efficiencies and return on their human resources technology investment with a single, integrated platform for acquiring and managing their total workforce in a compliant fashion.

“Peopleclick is dedicated to being a customer-focused, market-driven organization,” says Jim Grundner, senior vice president of product management and marketing for the Raleigh-based company. “The business requirements of our customers, the direction analysts see our industry going and the market intelligence we have gathered show a real need for an integrated, total workforce acquisition solution.”

The foundation for this vision, according to Peopleclick, lies in its products for recruiting, vendor management and regulatory compliance. By creating integration points between these applications, Peopleclick says it is enabling customers to build and manage a productive and diverse workforce.

“Over the past few years we have been building the breadth of our product line and meeting a broader mix of workforce needs,” Grundner says. “We now have tools for recruiting, vendor management and regulatory compliance. Our next logical step — is integration.”

Peopleclick says its vision for total workforce acquisition will be delivered to market in three phases.

The first phase, which has been completed, establishes integration between the company’s vendor management and permanent recruiting solutions, giving hiring managers the ability to recruit and hire both permanent and contingent staff.

The second phase will integrate Peopleclick’s recruiting application to its affirmative action and EEO compliance solution to insure diversity goal attainment.

The final phase will complete Peopleclick’s create a single technology solution for all personnel acquisitions, management and regulatory requirements, the company says..

“This announcement let’s the industry know we are a company of enduring value by showing we are more than a niche software vendor,” adds Grundner about Peopleclick’s vision, “but a true solutions provider that can answer real business problems for the world’s largest and most successful companies.”

Currently, Peopleclick serves Global 2000 companies that understand the financial risks and other liabilities of not having business applications that help address workforce challenges. Technology and services from Peopleclick strive to maximize workforce capabilities, minimize financial risks and streamline business processes.

“Many vendors in the marketplace offer fragmented, point solutions but none address the entire workforce with the scope, breadth and integration of our product and services offering,” Ken Holec, president and chief executive officer for Peopleclick, said in a statement. “We are substantially changing how corporations will acquire, manage and insure regulatory compliance of their entire workforce by providing a technology platform that integrates previously disconnected decisions and tools.”
