Nexus Software, a provider of cross channel client middleware for financial services delivery, has released INvolve 3.5 for advanced branch solutions at the BAI Retail Delivery Show in Atlanta.

The INvolve 3.5 middleware adds a new distributed architecture that permits easier branch automation implementation and activities management, Raleigh-based Nexus says. INvolve 3.5 provides centralized teller and supervisor management functions including operations.

“We wanted to design a middleware solution that can easily adapt to new technologies and changing standards while allowing solution developers to make cost effective decisions on when to leverage new techniques and features,” Robert Usner, marketing director for Nexus, said in a statement. “With Involve 3.5, we have expanded on this goal by integrating advanced branch functions that extend the capabilities of the most sophisticated cross channel, XFS-compliant, middleware solution available today.”

Nexus’ INvolve spans all device related customer delivery channels, allowing financial institutions and solution providers to utilize a single middleware platform to connect applications and devices.
