Julie Phillips has been hired by Alliance of Professional of Consultants Inc. (APC) to be the human resource manager for the company.
Phillips previously worked as a manager of physician recruiting for Fallon Clinic in Worcester, MA. Her experience ranges in multiple HR functions including recruiting, retention, credentialing, employee/physician relations, benefits and compensation, and visa issues.
At APC, Phillips has already taken on responsibilities of managing and coordinating employee benefits. She will also be supporting management with policies and procedures dealing with HR.
