Health-care software company Landacorp (Nasdaq: LCOR) had a net loss of $1.1 million on $5.7 million in revenue, compared with a net loss of $3.4 million on $3.9 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2001.

Landacorp, based in Atlanta, also reported The Nasdaq has approved its transfer to the SmallCap Market effective immediately.

Loss per share was 7 cents, compared with loss per share of 23 cents in the third quarter of 2001.

Through nine months, Landacorp had a net loss of $9 million on $15.7 million in revenue, compared with a net loss of $14.8 million on $11.8 million in revenue for the same period of 2001.

Loss per share was 59 cents, compared with a loss per share of $1 in the first nine months of 2001.
