HumanCentric Technologies (HCT), a human factors and usability engineering firm, has hired Ross Teague as senior human factors specialist.
Relocating to North Carolina from Oregon, Teague joins HCT after seven years at Intel Corp. In his new role, he will focus on understanding the requirements that users and businesses have for products and services across a variety of industries.
“As clients partner with HCT, it’s important for them to know that our team will get as close as possible to the product or service end-user’s likes, dislikes and limitations,” HCT President Barry Beith, said in a statement. “As our services expand, Ross brings additional technical depth and strength. I’m proud to have Ross on our staff.”
Teague has a doctorate degree in Applied Cognition/Human Factors from George Mason University, and he received his bachelor’s in Psychology from N.C. State University.
Headquartered in Cary, HCT partners with clients to develop products that result in positive user experiences. HCT provides user research, interface design, product testing and interaction evaluation.
