Alpheon Corporation, an emerging provider of proactive computer system support packages for small and mid-sized businesses, has added two technical support specialists: Chris Cline and Brian Hobson.

Cline’s experience includes system administration where he provided desktop support for several small and medium-sized businesses. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Hobson formerly worked as a system tester for IBM, where he was responsible for ensuring the successful operation of Microsoft software on IBM computers and as a software developer.

Both Cline and Hobson are graduates of N.C. State University in Raleigh, where Alpheon is based.

Alpheon’s AdvantageOne package reduces the cost of providing technical support for individual computers on a network by establishing regular visits from an Alpheon technical support specialist. Alpheon says it takes a proactive approach to network support, identifying potential problems rather than reacting to them.
