Allen Shulman, who joined Interland as vice president and general counsel a year ago, is the company’s new chief financial officer.

Shulman’s announcement was made Wednesday on the same day it announced its fourth-quarter results.

Interland, a Web hosting firm, said revenues were $27.8 million. For its first full year as a Web-hosting venture, Interland posted revenues of $101.6 million and a net loss of $11.3 million, or eight cents per share.

Interland (Nasdaq: INLD) stock closed Wednesday at $1.75. It has traded as high as $3.70 and as low as $1.15 over the past year.
