Tangram Enterprise Solutions (Nasdaq OTC: TESI), a provider of lifecycle IT asset management solutions in the U.S. and Europe, says it has made a distributor agreement with Singapore-based Software Vision, a vendor of mainframe and distributed software and services in Asia-Pacific.
Under terms of the agreement, Software Vision will have full distribution rights to Tangram’s customer-centric asset management solution, Enterprise Insight. The deal also has rights to the company’s enterprise asset tracking product, Asset Insight, and related services throughout the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
“As we expand into Asia-Pacific, we will initially focus on developing Tangram’s presence within the Singapore and Hong Kong markets, which are rich with large, international companies in need of lifecycle asset management solutions and where English is the predominant business language,” Ron Nabors, senior vice president and chief marketing officer said in a statement. “By partnering with Software Vision – a highly respected provider of top quality software solutions to premier organizations throughout eastern Asia…we are well- positioned to gain a solid market presence and add to our growing list of global customers.”
