CoreHarbor, an eCommerce service provider specializing in spend management solutions, has appointed Thomas Stallings as president and chief operating officer.

Stallings replaces Jay Chaudhry, the founder and former president of CoreHarbor. Chaudhry will remain as chief executive officer and chairman.

Previously, Stallings served as CEO at Cambar Software Inc. and Analytika Inc., successfully steering both companies through profitable acquisitions. He also served as area vice president for the telecommunications business unit at Oracle. Prior to that, Stallings held numerous sales and marketing executive positions at IBM.

CoreHarbor offers the deployment and management of ready-to-go hosted eCommerce solutions, including eProcurement, Sell-Side and eSourcing with auction events. With a singular eCommerce focus, the Atlanta-based company delivers Ariba, Blue Martini and Vinimaya solutions. CoreHarbor’s client base includes companies like Digital Insight, Network Associates, RubberNetwork and Sunoco.
