Pozen Inc. (Nasdaq: POZN) says John R. Plachetka, the company’s chairman, president and chief executive officer, will speak to investors at the UBS Warburg Global Life Sciences Conference on Oct. 8 at 12 noon.
Plachetka will provide an overview of Pozen’s business. The presentation will be broadcast live and archived on Pozen’s investor relations home page.
Poezen is a pharmaceutical development company based in Chapel Hill. It is building a portfolio of products with commercial potential in select therapeutic areas.
The company’s initial focus, Pozen says, is on developing products for migraine therapy, a global market expected to exceed $2.8 billion this year.
