Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business Executive Education Program says it has reaped benefits as a result of implementing a custom CRM solution from Relevant Automation.

Raleigh-based Relevant Automation helped Fuqua design and implement the custom GoldMine CRM Solution. Fuqua used the solution to track its clients’ information.

Less than six months after installation of the program’s custom-designed client management system, they says they have an efficient system that tracks all relevant client data. All that information, including history and details can be quickly accessed by anyone in the executive education department, Fuqua says. Most importantly, they say they are able to provide personalized service to all of their clients in a manner consistent with the philosophy of the organization.
