CARY,Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine chose SAS for its third annual CRM Excellence Award.

Specifically, the magazine recognized a customer relations management program from SAS used by Sprint.

Jim Davis, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of SAS, says Sprint use SAS Customer Relationship Management Solutions to not only save $1 million in data conversion outsourcing costs but also reduced customer churn rate in some channels. Davis says the software allows companies “to integrate internal and external data into one center repository where users can see customer views that were previously unavailable.”
