Tom Noonan, the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Internet Security Systems, has been named to the National Infrastructure Advisory Council by President Bush.

Richard Clarke, the president’s special advisor for cyberspace security, announced Noonan’s selection today. Bush created the council through executive order on Oct. 16 of last year.

The White House also was to unveil a 60-page draft report of a strategic plan to protect US information infrastructure.
