Solusia, a strategic consulting firm for wireless carriers, has named Michael Bruno to the newly created position of chief operating officer.
Bruno most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Price Communications Wireless from April 2001 through the sale of the company to Verizon Wireless in August 2002.
Prior to his role as president and CEO of Price Communications Wireless, Bruno held various positions with Price Wireless, including corporate consultant and executive vice president from September 1998 thru April 2001. During that time, Bruno is credited with leading the company to record revenues and subscriber growth levels in 1999 and 2000 fiscal years.
“Michael’s keen insights into the wireless market dynamics and carriers’ business challenges will ensure the delivery of high-impact strategies to our clients,” Solusia President and CEO Chris Moccia said in a statement.
