Ultimus is a Web-based workflow automation platform provider, based in Cary. The company says that Moore Medical is using its Internet-enabled solution for business process automation, streamlining and automating its product drop shipment process and automating the creation of a purchase order.
Moore Medical markets and distributes medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products to over 100,000 health care practices and facilities in non-hospital settings nationwide, including physicians, emergency medical technicians, schools, correctional institutions, municipalities, occupational/industrial health doctors and nurses and other specialty practice communities. Moore Medical also serves the medical/surgical supply needs of over 26 customer community affiliates.
Ultimus currently services more than 800 customers from its corporate headquarters in Cary, sales offices in Germany, Latin America, the Middle East and South Asia, and through its network of 85 worldwide partners.
