Systech Systems and Services, a computer systems and integration company that serves the technology needs of small to medium sized businesses, has launched a subscription service that provides clients with a 14-page, four-hour network evaluation, and regularly scheduled onsite preventative maintenance by a certified systems engineer, among other services.
So far the company has signed on 11 clients, including Durham-based Forestland Group and Graham Associates of Chapel Hill. Officials at Systech did not immediately return telephone calls regarding the price structure of the new service.
In a prepared statement Jeff Snell, chief executive officer of Systech, says: “The actual average service billing per client has gone down which reflects the savings clients are receiving, but the increase in new clients has more than made up for the lower billings. We have found we are able to provide preventative services at a lower hourly cost, which our clients love, and still increase revenues through new customer growth.”
