ATLANTA … INFO1 Holding, a nationwide provider of credit information to the mortgage industry, has named Patrick H. Bates as vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer.
Prior to joining INFO1, Bates served as corporate controller of Duluth, Ga.-based Paceon, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric, targeting major network providers in the North American market. He previously worked at several other Atlanta-area companies, including The InterCept Group, BWAY, Convergent Media Systems and Hayes Microcomputer Products
Bates earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Georgia State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
“Patrick’s seasoned business experience will add further depth to INFO1’s management team,” Chief Executive Ken Goins said in a statement. “His proven ability to lead and his strong technical skills will be an asset in building the internal strength necessary for INFO1’s growth strategy of offering information services and technology to the lending industry.”
