Synchrologic, Inc., a software company that focuses on developing mobile corporate communications applications, has secured $4.25 million in a financing deal with Silicon Valley Bank, the company announced today.

In a prepared statement Synchrologic officials say the company will use the cash infusion for “working capital and general corporate purposes.”

Synchrologic’s flagship product, iMobile Suite, mobilizes common applications such as e-mail and instant messaging, and the delivery of Web sites and documents on laptop computers, handheld wireless devices and cellular telephones.

In the release Alan Spurgin, senior vice president of SVB’s Atlanta offices, says: “We are impressed with Synchrologic’s management team and technology platform, and are delighted to provide this financing and our full compliment of banking services to support Synchrologic’s future growth.”
