BuildLinks, a developer of Web-based applications for small- to medium-sized homebuilders, has formied an alliance and is releasing a new product with Corrigo, Inc., a Redwood City, CA-based mobile service firm.

The alliance will provide warranty maintenance and customer service to residential homebuilders, BuildLinks says.

The new product will provide warranty and repair service companies with access to product warranty information, saving homebuilders time while they are trying to finish a project, the companies say.

Earlier this month BuildLinks officials said the company was ahead of its 2002 sales predictions after signing several deals. The company now has signed on at least 30 homebuilders in 11 housing markets across the U.S.

BuildLinks closed on a $500,000 round of private funding in February led by Kiner and Associates. That cash infusion is being used to hire up to 15 new employees at the company’s Cary headquarters. BuildLinks also has offices in Atlanta.
