Storage service provider Arsenal Digital Solutions has named management veteran Frank Brick as chairman and chief executive officer.
Brick assumes the position from Geoffrey Sinn, the company’s current CEO, president and chief operating officer. Sinn, who will continue his role as president and COO, will focus his attention on expanding Arsenal’s strategic partner base and product portfolio, as well as building on the company’s reputation for stellar customer service and partner support, Arsenal Digital says.
“Despite the downturn in the U.S. economy, Arsenal has grown and prospered under Geoff’s leadership,” Norvell Miller, managing director of Southeast Interactive Technology Funds (a principal investor in Arsenal), said in a statement. “Bringing Frank into the management fold, with his proven record of success and many years of senior management experience, strengthens Arsenal’s already strong management team.”
Brick is a former CEO of Telxon Corporation, a $450 million publicly traded company in the mobile-wireless computer systems industry. He also led Basicomputer as chairman and CEO.
