CED to Challenge Local Entrepreneurs at ‘Listening to Your Business Workshop’

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK … Lead by successful local entrepreneurs experienced as FastTrac instructors, the “Listening to Your Business Workshop” is a
four-hour interactive event that providing evaluation tools and action steps to maximize growth and profitability.
Small groups of fellow entrepreneurs will walk through a four-step evaluation and action process designed to enhance current and future company performance at this event,
hosted by the Council for Entrepreneurial Development.
Attendees will learn how to set a three-year vision, take a business snapshot, evaluate the planning process, and translate goals into action steps. The workshop will be at 8 a.m. April 12 in Building One of the CED Entrepreneurship Center, 104 T.W. Alexander Drive.
