ATLANTA … The board of directors for o2wireless Solutions has elected Andrew Roscoe as the company’s president and chief executive officer, replacing Murray Swanson.
Company officials couldn’t be reached for comment regarding the change or for information on Swanson’s future role.
Roscoe was elected chairman of o2wireless in December and will continue in that role. He has 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including founding Force Nine, a telecom investment firm, and Economic and Management Consultants, a wireless consulting firm.
o2wireless (Nasdaq: OTWO) provides outsourced telecommunications services to wireless providers, equipment vendors and tower companies, including planning, design, deployment and on-going support of wireless voice and data telecommunications networks. It has contributed to the design and implementation of more than 50,000 communications facilities in all 50 US states and in 30 countries.
