GRPN has legacy negative perception issues and reality facing its future. Negative issues include some accounting things previously done as well as an inherently high operating cost due to heavy marketing needed to attain new accounts as attrition is high due to high merchant transaction fees and low perceived value. It's hard to regain footing with these perceptions and realities dominating the marketplace. We have learned from their mistakes at Flash Purchase and just launched our beta test as a user driven platform.

Buyers can create their own deals, join others and share them to build group volume where sellers can bid on the group business creating win-win relationships where consumers get great prices and sellers get large groups of consumers in a single low fee transaction at Flash Purchase.
