Are you running startup or a small company that is needing space?
The Startup Factory has some office space available for startups beyond those participating in its accelerator program.
“As some of you know, we have a little extra space for a select group of tech-oriented startups,” wrote TSF co-partner Chris Heivly in an email Tuesday.
“.Why? Because we love startups of all shapes & sizes. Our expanded space provides us the freedom to keep our former Startup Factory companies around for a little while without the pressure to find space. We both also enjoy the connections made during the program and beyond.”
TSF is located at the American Tobacco Historic District’s American Underground in Durham.
“If you are a 2-6 person team that might enjoy officing in American Tobacco with free parking, internet and most importantly free Dave Neal [Heivly’s partner], reach out to me. Our rates range from $100 per head for a table to $725 for a furnished office and all are on a 30 day lease,” Heivly added.

Heivly noted that three TSF-funded ventures have moved back to “their original city/home,” including: Orate, BringMeThat, IMNEXT.
Another startup, Hostel Rocket, has outgrown available space at TSF, he added.
