My reaction is total agreement. We need more articles like this exposing what's really happening in the industry.

I was run out of my IT job by a couple of 'Xbox360' managers with a fraction of my experience. I had a lot of experience with IT and communications engineering, but no matter. And to think it was a 'major university and medical center' that continually covers up this practice.
