Premium Lock Proposed Legislation Exempts Founders', Startup Investors' Stock from State Income Taxes

Bill would help keep successful entrepreneurs and their capital in NC, encourage investment in early stage companies. Law would exempt from state capital gains tax profits on sales of founders' stock plus stock purchased by early stage investors.
