Time Warner Cable Road Runner Mobile will debut in Triangle, Charlotte and Triad markets on Dec. 1, offering download speeds at up to six gigabytes per second. North Carolina markets are first in planned nationwide offering. TWC also will offer device for mobile WiFi access that supports several devices, such as game systems.
