Ravetree, an Apex software startup, says its technology enables entire companies to become “agile,” not just a team of software developers.

To better understand Ravetree’s definition, here is the definition of agile software:

“Agile software development describes a set of values and principles for software development under which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross-functional teams.” (Source: Wikipedia)

So what’s the Ravetree play?

“Agile has been popular among software teams for many years. More recently, Agile has started to become popular in a variety of industries,” says CEO Davidson Wickers.

“However, most existing Agile software is built for software teams, and doesn’t provide the necessary functionality needed by other business types. Ravetree provides everything that is needed for Agile companies to be productive.”

Ravetree will be pitching investors at the CED Tech Venture conference on Sept. 19-20 in Raleigh.
