CHARLOTTE and RALEIGH, N.C. – The 7th annual Southeast Venture Conference will be held on March 13-14 at the Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte.

The Southeast Venture Conference highlights 60 of the most attractive investment opportunities from the region, highlighting both early-and later-stage companies from: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington, D.C.

The highly-attended event gives startups and entrepreneurs the ability to network with hundreds of the region’s leading entrepreneurs and executives, national venture capitalists and private equity professionals, M&A facilitators, and other leading professionals serving the technology community.

The SEVC also is tag-teaming with Internet Summit to bring a new Startup Summit to Raleigh on Nov. 6-7.

The fifth annual Internet Summit is one of the largest digital events in the southeast with more than 120 thought leaders planning to attend from brands like Twitter, Google, IBM, AOL, Forrester, and many others covering topics like social media, mobile marketing, customer engagement, usability and experience, analytics and data, and more.

Internet Summit is set for Nov. 7-8 at the Raleigh Convention Center.

The Startup Summit begins the day before and provides attendees and speakers access to leading incubators, venture capital firms, and innovative companies. The event will feature 16 presenting startups that will showcase their companies and concepts. There’s also an opportunity to meet them one-on-one in a “demo pit.”

More than 2,000 investors, innovators, senior marketers, entrepreneurs, and technology professionals are expected to attend Internet Summit next month.
