RALEIGH, N.C. – Red Hat plans to display new technologies, discuss corporate strategy, and share knowledge on how entrepreneurs can engage with Red Hat to grow their businesses at October’s CED Tech Forum in Raleigh.

The event is scheduled Oct. 23 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the A.J. Fletcher Opera Theater located at the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Raleigh.

Red Hat said they will showacase how the company drives innovation by collaborating with its global network of customers, partners, and contributors and share insights on how Triangle businesses can tap Red Hat’s resources for growth.

The program also will include a demonstration of Red Hat’s latest cloud and mobile technologies, covering resources for local software developers as well as an overview of Red Hat’s corporate strategy for entrepreneurs and companies interested in adopting open source to expand to new markets.

Tech Forums are held quarterly in partnership with CED, the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA), and the Triangle Technology Executives Council (TTEC).
