They should go to NYC. The crazy mayor up there is setting up golden opportunities to attract people here. Imagine much lower state taxes, much lower property taxes, no city income tax. Access to a highly skilled workforce. This is a win without having to offer ANY extra incentives. But that would mean braving some colder weather instead of a warmer trip to Texas. As an option they could also go to California. The politicians in that State essentially take everything except the change in your pockets, and that will probably be next.
