Classic. Adkins gets a new job with a Senior VP title - managers at IBM never actually get disciplined or lose their positions, they just get another assignment. And the employees that actually do the hard work get reprimanded and threatened. This is typical at IBM. Didn't see where Rometty took any responsibility.
