Neuropuro Therapeutics Inc., a Bahama, NC-based company developing a nanoparticle-based imaging technique for the treatment of epilepsy, has sold nearly all of its $200,000 plus equity raise, according to a regulatory filing.

The company has raised $215,000 of a $220,000 offering, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Four investors contributed to the round.

Founded Janurary 2014, Neuropro is owned and operated by Daryl W. Hochman at 9803 Colt Drive in Bahama, North Carolina.
