NeoNova, which sells cloud-based technologies, has promoted two executives to larger roles. Chris Beatson has been named chief technology officer, and Jason McGinnis, chief operating officer.

Beatson now responsible for leading the technology strategy for all product platforms, partnerships, and external relationships for NeoNova and its broadband ambitions. He also will have ownership of the organization’s technical vision and product roadmap and will provide long-range direction for research and development. Beatson was formerly NeoNova’s vice president of project management and software and has been with the company for nearly two decades.

McGinnis, former vice president of customer support and operations for NeoNova, he is now responsible for providing day-to-day leadership for end-customer and ISP facing operations as well as product and software development. McGinnis has more than 20 years of experience in operations with previous leadership positions at Fortune 500 entities such as IBM, American Express and Wal-Mart.
