I know you all know this, but just in case: Duke wants just a few things out of this bill which are actually good for all of us. They are scared that a bill that only contains those items, which will help especially the poor, and it is passed at the GA - that Cooper would veto it, and because of some of our dirty GOP members, the veto could not be over-ridden.

So, they allowed the solar lobbyists to fill the bill up with rent-seeking garbage to get both Copper's and the dirty GOP members' support.

Remember, there was no one at the stackholders meeting who represented the residential rate payers.
