The economic development group NC IDEA has selected 30 startups from across the state as semi-finalists for non-dilutive grants of up to $50,000.

The 30 firms were selected from 159 applicants.

This is the 15th cycle of grants NC IDEA has awarded. 

In the last two rounds, five companies were selected for grants and were awarded a total of $200,000 and $210,000.
