Cary, N.C. — Financial services giant MetLife Inc. will create more than 2,600 jobs in Cary and Charlotte over the next three years after receiving about $90 million in state incentives. It's the biggest such job deal for N.C. since winning Fidelity's huge campus and more than 2,000 jobs in RTP....
