Lulu Press, the e-book self publishing firm started by Red Hat founder Bob Young is moving from its Raleigh offices to a new space at Keystone Technology Park in Durham.

The former equipment building it now occupies in Raleigh has been sold and the new owners plan to tear it down and build a student housing complex on the site.

On the company’s blog page, Glenn Hunt, Lulu forum moderator wrote, “We’re sad to be leaving our historic building but excited about our new modern space.”

Lulu was founded in 2002 and helps authors self-publish their books.
