MindShift Technologies, a Best Buy-owned provider of managed IT, cloud computing, data center and professional services to small- and medium-size businesses, is being sold to Ricoh.

The deal was announced Tuesday.

MindShift has some 650 employees and operates centers in Morrisville as well as Boston, Chicago, Long Island, N.Y., Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas, Tex.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

MindShift serves more than 6,900 clients.

Ricoh also has an IT services organization with some 8,000 employees.

The deal is expected to close in February.
