We have to wipe the slate clean to begin something new and untarnished by the existing laws that enslave us – which are just statutes outlining corporate rules. A brand new set of laws needs to be created by the people, for the people, involving a critical input from the youth if they are to have any future at all - UBUNTU Contribution system.
If IBM would focus on doing a better job, a lot of these problems would go away. I know three large clients that can't wait for contract renewal time so they can bring their services back in house. Their biggest problem is that they have so many layers of management that the people making decisions don't really even know anything about the business or the services they provide.
