I live in Orange County, and I'm the last customer on the Frontier land line. They charge us as "high-speed DSL" users because we can sometimes get 1 mb download speeds -- their threshold for the designation of high-speed. It's annoying to pay the same as neighbors getting far better service. It is better than dial-up, but I'm tempted to try a satellite system. I have Dish network for TV already, and that works pretty well.
